Blood and Blood Pattern Analysis- Swindon (UK) - June 11 2013
David Bailey provides a one-day lecture on this fascinating topic. Delegates will be able to re-enforce the principles of evidence collection and the philosophy of Forensic science to this topic. Debate will be encouraged and focused as a tool to sharpen the skills being developed and nurtured through the course.
The day focuses on blood pattern analysis but also the ability to understand the clinical and forensic aspects of blood in terms of histology, the role of the breakdown of hemoglobin in bruising and presumptive and confirmatory tests for blood and the unique problems peculiar to Veterinary Forensics are investigated.
The ability to reveal temporal sequencing from a crime scene using complex pattern analysis and interpretation of blood stain patterns allows more repetition, discussion and grounding in the process of Animal Forensic investigation.
