Evidence Collection and Gathering. Swindon (UK) 04 July 2014
David Bailey will take delegates through the crime scene and demonstrate how to protect, record, evaluate, gather and store evidence correctly. The procedure of evidence collection and gathering is discussed in terms of evidential value, discrete independence of evidence, correct evidence storage and continuity of evidence. Unique to Veterinary Forensic Science is the procedure of taking and storage of evidence that is living and can change over the period that it is “stored”.
